CarePlay
Experiential learning through lifelike care scenarios, helping staff practice decisions, build practical skills and strengthen person-centered dementia care.
Dementia care is complex.
Building skills, retaining staff and growing the direct care workforce is aged care’s biggest challenge.
Skills gaps can leave staff underprepared and increase pressure across already stretched care teams.
More complex resident needs demand greater confidence, consistency and dementia-care capability across every shift.
Changing aged-care standards are raising expectations around workforce capability, person-centered care and quality.
Meet CarePlay
CarePlay is game-based experiential learning that puts staff into lifelike care scenarios, where they make decisions, test responses and build practical skills they can apply every day.
