Welcome to Deva World™ (“the App”), which is wholly owned and is solely distributed by Mentia, Inc. (Mentia). Please review the following terms that govern your use of the App and the use of Mentia’s website (“the Site’) and the Deva Dashboard (“the Dashboard”) that supports the App.

Mentia’s Privacy Policy complies with California Privacy Laws (CalOPPA).
Your privacy is important to us.
Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices and let us know if you have any questions.
We do not market, disclose or share our database with third parties. To use the App and Dashboard, you must be a subscriber. Our subscription service is managed either by us directly for professional accounts, or for individual accounts by Stripe, a third-party software platform and service company that helps internet business such as ours securely conduct financial transactions and compliance. Mentia neither handles nor stores any of your personal financial information, including the type of credit card you use and your credit card’s identifiers. Stripe’s Privacy Policy is here.
Once you are a subscriber, we update you on the App’s progress, and offer you customer support, for which we require your contact details including name and email address. Like many app producers, we monitor our website and collect information using trackers such as Google Analytics. Your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) IP address is therefore identifiable. Information that your browser sends whenever you visit the dashboard (“Log Data”) may include information such as your IP address, the date of your visit, the time spent on our pages and other statistics. Contact us to find out what information we have collected about you, and to request any changes, including corrections, amendments or deletions, or opting out. This policy may be amended from time-to-time. Any amendments to our Privacy Policy will be posted as a notification on our homepage.
The person responsible for the subscription (“the Subscriber”) holds administration rights of the account and is responsible for filling out Player profile(s). We do not require, nor store any clinical information pertaining to the Player. For instance, we do not collect descriptions of a Player’s medical diagnosis, nor their clinical notes, nor information about any medications they may require. Subscribers, at their discretion, can invite people within the Player’s care circle (“Others”) to share the App on Other’s own tablet, along with any customized content linked to the Player, at no additional cost. This free service has been instituted to support Players’, Subscribers’, and Others’ diverse care arrangements and respects caregivers’ loads.
Subscribers can also transfer their subscription to Others. This is known as a “handover”. Invitations to share and/or handover are sent as an email from the Dashboard. Currently, Others have access to all features and information stored in the Dashboard and in the App. Others are subject to the same Privacy Policy, as noted above, as Subscribers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
