A Deva-In-the Field is a caregiver or enthusiast who wants to bring Deva World to their community. ‘Community’ is a broad term; it could be a community group, a memory-care cafe, a village network, a residential care home, discussion groups, or simply friends who like to get together and learn new things. As a Deva, you will be trained by us via a webinar and we assign you a mentor who helps you on your way. Work when you wish, as much as you wish. We reward our Devas for subscriptions they generate and the sessions they undertake. Typically, a Deva is someone who cares about the impact dementia has on families, and who wants to make a difference. You do not need formal caregiving credentials to demonstrate Deva or sell a subscription, but you do need an open and curious mind because you’ll be learning about a new way for care partners to interact, feel enriched and have fun, which is what wellbeing is all about. If you would like to know more about being Deva-in-the Field, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll get you started.
